Bungalows

The Holmwood is a great starter home, with open plan design for modern living requirements. The internal layout is very flexible and can be altered if you require. This popular design has been adapted to suit many different applications including economical holiday cottages.

The Lavender is one of our smallest designs and is regularly used where you have planning restrictions on the size and height of your building. As with most of our buildings you have an option of featheredge weather boarding, but you could clad this building with brick, stone, render or almost any other material you desire.

Chalet bungalows

The Chilton makes good use of the roof to provide two-storey accommodation without over looking the neighbours. As the roof spans from the back and front walls it leaves the ground floor internals as non-load bearing and therefore easy and inexpensive to adapt or remove walls.

Houses

The Widdington is a spacious Georgian style building over three floors. This is a great family home.

The Hastings provides affordable four-bed room accommodation. This straightforward design is quick and economic to build.

The Saffron is a popular four-bed house with good size kitchen and living room, both essential features for the family home.

The Willow accommodates five double bedrooms, a large lounge room and a games or study room depending on individual requirements.

Garage type 5 is a very popular out building the roof is formed using attic trusses providing a large room above. This can be used as an office, playroom or to get noisy teenagers out of your house.
